SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed with Topwater Clothing Company will be shipped within 7 - 10 business days (backordered items may require longer), from time order is received and processed. For expedited orders within the continental U.S., contact Customer Service at 1-800-919-9131 or customerservice@topwatergraphics.com for applicable shipping rates/fees.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please contact customer service at 1-800-919-9131 or customerservice@topwatergraphics.com for an international shipping quote. All international shipping rates/fees must be paid with U.S. Currency prior to shipping.

RETURNS

Topwater Clothing Company stands behind the quality of everything we sell and ship. All refunded orders must have been placed directly with Topwater Clothing Company. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please return or exchange your merchandise. Please note:

  • Items must be returned within a 30-day period from date of the Topwater Clothing Company invoice.
  • Clothing items must not have been worn and be in the condition you received them.
  • Customized items are final and sale cannot be returned.
  • If an item is returned to Topwater Clothing Company in error, we will ship your merchandise back to you at your cost.

How to send us a return?

If you purchased an item from TopwaterGraphics.Com and want to return/exchange the item, please contact customer service for a return authorization form at 1-800-919-9131 or customerservice@topwatergraphics.com. You may also download the form online HERE.

After filling out the return authorization form, place this form in the return box. Please use a signature-required service such as Fed Ex or UPS to send your return back to us.

Please make SURE the following is in the return package to ensure faster service:

  1. Items you are returning
  2. Copy of the return authorization form
  3. Copy of original packing slip

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will exchange and/or refund the original method of payment. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. Refunds are generally processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
